sound healing sounds wild like imagine bathing in vibrations and letting them wash over us like a sonic shower cleansing our energy and aligning our chakras or whatever and maybe we can learn to use that big singing bowl thing and just vibe together in our cozy nook with our tea and music and see what happens sounds like an adventure right

yeah and it's like sound healing is a whole system of frequencies and resonances affecting us in ways we don't even realize and maybe it's like how music can change your mood instantly like you're down and then a certain song plays and boom you're lifted and with sound healing maybe it's that but on a whole new level tapping into stuff we can't see or touch like when you think about it everything has a vibration right like even us sitting here sipping tea is a vibe in itself so why not dive into that deeper and see what we find sweetie
