and like ever since that retreat i feel like we're on this wild spiritual rollercoaster where the highs are super high and the lows are like a deep dive into our souls and it's kind of crazy how our energies sync up in those moments and i swear i saw colors during that breathing exercise like who knew breathing could be so trippy and i just feel like we're growing in ways i never imagined possible and it's both scary and exciting like jumping off a cliff but knowing you're gonna fly
